Do not expect any customer service from these people. Once a deposit has been taken their phones go silent. When they do get back to you it's via a text, normally apologetic and confirming they will call you back shorty as they are currently with a customer. I've yet to have them call. Frustration has turned to anger, if there was a way to cancel and get the deposit back I would have. ** After weeks of waiting they finally turned up to carry out the work, well I say "they" what I mean is one of their subcontractors, a single man arrived and took 3 days to install the new windows and doors. Having the work completed and the final payment made, I have chased since the 13th October for a copy of the guarantee and confirmation of building regs cert yet nothing has arrived. I've not had a single phone call, email or text replied too, it is now late February.
